Home sharing and the STR management platforms are shaking up the travel, hotel, and vacation rental industries. At HostyMosty, we aim to make the management of your property as seamless as possible.

Susan was born and raised in New York. After completing high school on Long Island, she left New York to pursue a modeling career in Europe. After 7 years in Europe and traveling the world, she returned to New York in the early 90’s.

Tiring of long winters, she moved to Miami in 1998 and obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 2000. After practicing Real Estate for almost a decade, she left Miami and moved to LA finally realizing a lifelong dream by going back to school and completing her college education at UCLA. She moved back to Miami in 2015 and started dabbling in rental properties.

Susan then found her niche in the short-term rental management space.

She launched her company, HostyMosty in 2016, providing turnkey vacation property management and optimizing income for property owners. She chose the STR space to help her clients earn the highest potential ROI for their properties.

Today her company has properties in South Florida and The Hamptons New York.
